The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food, beverage and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. The Assistant Manager reports to the General Manager and Owner.

Bartenders typically do the following:

• Greet customers, give them menus, and inform them about daily specials
• Take drink orders from customers
• Pour wine and serve draft and bottled beer and other drinks and beverages
• Mix drinks according to recipes
• Check identification of customers, to ensure that they are of legal drinking age
• Clean bars, tables, and work areas
• Operate cash registers, collect payments from customers, and return change
• Manage bar operation and order and maintain liquor and bar supplies
• Provide Quick Draw and lotto services
• Sell O’Toole’s to the community
